From Renovation to
Scalable Energy Infrastructure

European Energy Infrastructure Platform
Czech Republic | European Union

AEM Investment
Project:

This is a newly established investment project focused on building a scalable energy infrastructure business in Central EU.

The model is built on our extensive construction and renovation expertise, now structured into an integrated growth model.

60 MW BESS
€22–23M EBITDA (Year 7)
IPO Target in 7 Years

Our Core Idea:

We are building an integrated energy infrastructure platform that combines:

  • Reconstruction platform

  • Grid-connected infrastructure sites

  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

  • Energy-as-a-Service model (EaaS)

  • Battery & solar recycling (energy goods LifeCycle)

  • EPC capabilities

Our goal is to build a scalable European infrastructure company and prepare for IPO.

Strategic Model

The value chain starts with reconstruction and gradually evolute to IPO.

  • Reconstruction generates operational cash flow and builds the client base. It is the foundation of the company.

  • This foundation supports investment in grid-connected infrastructure and the deployment of BESS. Energy storage becomes the core asset, generating recurring infrastructure-based revenue.

  • Energy-as-a-Service adds long-term service contracts and stable cash flow.

  • Recycling closes the battery life cycle, strengthens ESG positioning, and improves competitiveness in international tenders.

  • Through this integrated chain, the company evolves from an operational reconstruction business into a fully integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) energy infrastructure company.

  • The final strategic milestone is an IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Reconstruction → Infrastructure → BESS → Energy-as-a-Service → Recycling → EPC → IPO

Project
Key Metrics

Snapshot View

1. Who we are?

Alfa Energy Management (AEM) is an energy management and service company, starting its operations from residential renovation with the focus on energy efficiency. Learn more on our website.

2. What is our core idea?

To convert residential energy upgrades into aggregated, controllable infrastructure assets.

4. What makes the model scalable?
  • Standardized systems (unified technology: solar, heat pump, batteries)

  • Digital aggregation

  • BESS infrastructure backbone

  • Lifecycle

5. What is our five-year objective?

To evolve from installation activity into a nationally positioned energy infrastructure operator and engineering company.

3. What is our core idea?

To convert residential energy upgrades into aggregated, controllable infrastructure assets.

6. How do we generate value?

Through:

  • Renovation & installation margin – direct project revenue

  • Energy as a Service (EaaS) – recurring contract-based income

  • Grid balancing & flexibility – recurring infrastructure-based revenue

  • Infrastructure-scale storage – a long-term capital asset enabling market participation (built on brownfield sites with secured grid connections, it combines land ownership and connection capacity, both of which strengthen value over time)

  • Lifecycle integration – a structural advantage that strengthens tender eligibility, reinforces long-term market positioning, and evolves into an independent revenue stream over time

7. What differentiates us from a solar installer?

Traditional installers focus on equipment deployment. Their growth is limited by installation capacity and local competition.

AEM consolidates deployed systems into a coordinated energy network that is serviced, monitored, and expanded over time. Through subscription-based servicing and aggregation, installations evolve into recurring revenue assets.

As installation capacity grows (e.g., beyond 10 MWh), the company transitions:
Installer → Aggregator → Infrastructure Operator with its own storage.

Having 30 years of construction expertise and subcontractor networks, AEM scales without structural workforce limits.

Thus, Installers complete projects.
AEM unites projects into a scalable energy infrastructure.

3 PARALLEL GROWTH ENGINES

The project is built through three components developed simultaneously. Each component strengthens the others. Together they create structural integration and infrastructure valuation logic.
